Bio
Hi I'm Ms. Erika- I love to read, work on hands-on projects, and learn through play. When I am not teaching, I enjoy puzzles, yoga, dance, hiking, and planting! I have two daughters in high school, and I also have two adorable huskies!
Teacher Specialization
I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and have a dual-language and TESOL endorsement. I have been a dual-language teacher for the last 13 years, working with students from pre-school to 5th grade- teaching in both English and Spanish. I have also worked with summer school programs teaching students to read, write, math skills, and do yoga! I am National Geographic certified teacher and love to teach a fun science lesson.
