Hello! My name is Ms. Georgia. I am so excited to meet you! My passion is teaching elementary and middle school students. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and writing. I can teach other subjects also. I want to provide you with a supportive and engaging environment where you get excited and comfortable about learning. I want you to be successful in whatever you choose to do! Together we can achieve anything we set our minds to achieving.
Teacher Specialization
My journey in teaching started in Fall of 1987. I taught 5th grade Science. After years in this position, I taught 4th grade all subjects. I then moved to a Reading Interventionist position working with small groups of students. I worked in this position for 10 years. My last position was a Literacy Instructional Coach working with teachers to provide best practices in Reading and writing to their students. I have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree and Reading Tutor Certificate.
