Bio
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Mrs. Kady, and I’m passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. I strive to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to every lesson. I believe that I owe it to my students to bring consistency, diligence, patience, and warmth to my work in the hope that I can inspire those same qualities in my students. I believe that ALL students have the ability to learn and be successful. Every child learns differently, and I enjoy finding creative ways to make learning engaging, meaningful, and accessible. My goal is to meet each student where they are, recognize their individual strengths, and provide the encouragement and support they need to grow in confidence and reach their goals. I look forward to getting to know you and your child and being a part of their learning journey!
Teacher Specialization
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a minor in Elementary Education from Western Governors University. I have experience working with students from Pre-K through middle school. During my student teaching experience, I taught first-grade students across the general education curriculum and provided mathematics instruction to middle school students. I also spent two years tutoring ESL students through VIPKid, teaching reading and mathematics to students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I have one year of experience as a Pre-K teacher, helping young learners develop important academic, social, and foundational skills. I have also been tutoring with K12 for the past three years, providing individualized support to help students strengthen their skills and build confidence.
