Bio
I believe that students learn best when they are able to learn in their own way. I will provide feedback to everyone involved. I believe a child learns best when they are able to be engaged in what they are doing. I would like to help students be able to understand what they are struggling to learn in a way that works best for them and can take that knowledge to help them learn in the classroom. I love building a strong bond with students as it helps them feel like you are not just there to teach them. I will create a welcoming environment for students in a judgement free zone. I chose to become a tutor because all students learn differently and in the classroom they are not always able to be taught in the way their learning style is.
Teacher Specialization
I taught Kindergarten for two years in all subjects. I have worked with small groups of students from Kindergarten - Fifth Grade for about 4 years now. I have tutored online independently for about a year now students from Kindergarten- 3rd Grade. I have my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with some classes in education. I specialize in Math and English Language Arts.
