Bio
Hi! I’m Kathy Parker, and I’ve been teaching for over 33 years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Reading and a Reading Certificate, along with special math training that helps me make learning fun and approachable for every student. I love discovering each student’s unique learning style and creating lessons that make them feel confident and successful. Teaching is my passion, and my greatest joy — besides my wonderful son — is watching my students grow and shine!
Teacher Specialization
I have a BS in Elementary Education and a Masters in Reading. I have my Reading Specialist certificate and have recently obtained my Special Educater certificate. I was in the classroom for 33 years. I got interested in virtual teaching as I was the Virtual teacher dureing Covid for 1 year. This is my first year as a virtual teacher.
