Hello! I am very excited to be part of the Stride Tutoring community! I take great pride in providing a supportive and engaging online environment in which students feel comfortable and motivated. I believe it is essential to provide engaging experiences for students so that they are excited about learning. Building on student strengths and interests as well as providing support in areas that students find more challenging are priorities. I look forward to supporting your student in growing as a learner.

Teacher Specialization

I have a BA in Early Childhood Ed. as well as an MS in Elementary Ed. I am licensed to teach Kdg. -6th grade. I have had the pleasure of working with students for the past 37 years. I was a classroom teacher during that time, teaching grades 1-5. Additionally, I have been a Title 1 teacher providing small group intervention in Math and Reading. My teaching experience also includes online tutoring with both English speaking students receiving academic support and second language students.
