Bio

Hi! I'm Mrs. Tucker —a certified educator, wife, and proud mom with a passion for helping children grow both academically and socially. I’ve been working with students from Pre-K through 5th grade for several years, and I specialize in creating fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environments where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered. Teaching has been my dream since I was five years old, and I’m thrilled to be living that dream every day! Whether we’re diving into early reading skills, exploring the magic of numbers, or building confidence through social play, I love helping kids learn in ways that feel meaningful and joyful. I’ve also worked closely with families to help secure extra support and resources beyond the classroom, so I deeply understand the importance of partnership, flexibility, and encouragement in a child's learning journey.

I specialize in early childhood and elementary education, with experience teaching both Kindergarten and 5th grade in traditional classroom settings. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, with 4 years of overall experience. Additionally, I have provided online tutoring to students in grades K–5, supporting a wide range of academic needs across various subjects, including reading, writing, math, and science. My approach is student-centered, focusing on differentiated instruction and engaging, hands-on learning to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
