I’m so excited to be part of your learning journey! As a passionate teacher, I believe every student has the ability to succeed when supported with patience, encouragement, and personalized strategies. I love finding creative ways to connect with students—whether that’s through art, games, or music—and making learning fun, meaningful, and engaging. I specialize in creating a positive, inclusive environment where students feel safe to take risks and grow. My approach is all about meeting students where they are and helping them build both skills and confidence, one step at a time. I’m a big believer in encouragement, positive feedback, and celebrating every win-big or small.
Teacher Specialization
I'm a passionate and experienced educator with a Master’s degree in Childhood Education from Hunter College and Board Certification in Special Education Advocacy, I bring both classroom expertise and advocacy insight to every teaching session. I’ve worked in a variety of educational roles over the past decade, including teaching in both general settings, supporting families as a certified Special Education Advocate, and leading parent support groups. My teaching experience spans Kindergarten through 2nd grade, with a strong focus on differentiated instruction, social-emotional learning, and student-centered practices.
