Bio
My name is Natasha Vallejo and I am so excited to be able to work with your student and watch them grow. I live in Texas and I am a mom of 4. I have a pre-teen, a high schooler, a toddler and a newborn so there is never a dull moment in my household. I love what I do and I think the "light bulb moment" is the best part of working with my students. I am not only enthusiastic about teaching but about children in general. I believe relationships are key and that I not only teach the student but they also have the ability to teach me something new every day. I am also a firm believer in learning from your mistakes. I do not want any child to ever be afraid or ashamed to make a mistake but to learn and know that they can grow from it. I am currently taking a break from teaching inside of a classroom and spending more time with my family. I love incorporating various forms of technology to develop and implement interactive, engaging and fun lessons and I can not wait to work with you!
Teacher Specialization
I am a certified teacher and have been teaching in the state of Texas for 13 years. I have always been the Special Education inclusion classroom in all grade levels. I have taught all subjects in Prek-2nd Grade and 4th grade. I have also tutored online since January of 2023.
