Bio
My goal is to create a safe learning environment where mistakes are simply opportunities to build stronger skills. I believe in progress over perfection, and every tutoring session will focus on a specific objective aligned with state standards. Together, we’ll break down concepts, solve problems, and discover strategies that work best for the student—leading to deep, lasting learning. I’m excited to offer tutoring as a way to motivate, encourage, and equip students to build confidence and soar in their academics. This generation is our future, and I consider it a privilege to invest in it.
Teacher Specialization
I hold a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, and have been teaching ELA and Social Studies for 5 years. I’m also a devoted wife and mom of two (in 4th and 5th grade), a softball coach, and a published author of three books available on Amazon and other bookstores. My teaching specialization is in literacy development and student engagement strategies, helping learners strengthen their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. I have experience working with ADHD and ADD students as well.
