Bio
I am excited to start working with you throughout this tutoring process. My husband and I, along with our son's family, reside in West Texas. I am passionate about foreign languages and can speak English, Russian, and Spanish. I am fortunate to have a job that I really love. My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow academically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I firmly believe in building a positive relationship with my students. A positive relationship with students will improve communication, trust, and overall academic success. I assure you that I will do everything in my power to assist you in any area you need, and we will have an enjoyable time doing so. Once again, I look forward to working with you during this tutoring process.
Teacher Specialization
Altogether, I have 25 years of teaching experience. I've taught a variety of online ESL classes. Additionally, I have provided online tutoring for English Language Arts (elementary level), Russian, and Spanish. I have worked with high school students in Texas, teaching them Russian and Spanish, and I have also taught students with learning difficulties in grades PK–5. Currently, I work as an ESL instructor at the Lubbock, Texas, Adult Education Center. I have a master's degree in teaching foreign languages. Spanish, Russian, English as a second language, English Language Arts, special education are among the subjects I am licensed to teach.
