Bio
Hi! My name is Mrs. Garza, and I grew up in a small town in South Texas where everyone knew each other and the community always came together to support our local schools. After teaching math in the classroom, I discovered how much I enjoy helping students build confidence and experience those “aha!” moments. My husband is currently serving in the military, which inspired me to transition to online tutoring so I can continue doing what I love while supporting our family’s lifestyle. I believe every student can learn math with the right support, patience, and encouragement. I enjoy making math feel less overwhelming by teaching concepts in a clear way. I encourage students to ask questions, embrace mistakes as part of learning, and celebrate their progress every step of the way. My goal is to help students strengthen their problem solving skills, become independent learners, and realize they’re capable of more than they think. I look forward to helping each student reach their goals!
