By bridging classroom concepts with real-world issues—from ethics to environmental stewardship—I encourage students to think critically, ask bold questions, and recognize their agency as informed global citizens. I blend high expectations with deep empathy, creating a safe space where students feel supported taking intellectual risks. Whether breaking down cellular mechanisms or mentoring student council leaders, I approach every interaction with enthusiasm, clarity, and a passion for helping students uncover their unique strengths.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, dual Master of Science degrees in Secondary Education and Curriculum and Instruction, and 45 post-master's graduate credits focused on advanced science instruction and educational leadership. Backed by state professional licensure in secondary biology and early career experience in genetics research at Massachusetts General Hospital, I bring both deep subject-matter expertise and proven instructional mastery to curriculum design, mentorship, and high school science education. Tutoring remote is a new endevour that approach with excitement.
