Hello! I am Ms. Z and I am so excited to be tutoring with Stride and looking forward to having the opportunity to work with you and your student. I have been tutoring for 25 years and absolutely love what I do. I love teaching and I love kids and it shows. I have one of the most rewarding jobs in the world! I am absolutely committed to the success of your student and will go above and beyond to ensure it. I believe learning should be engaging and fun. I am happy to provide valuable feedback about your students progress and think communication is key in developing goals. Because of my extensive experience I can quickly adapt to a students learning style whether it be: auditory, visual or kinestetic. I have 5 children who I homeschooled every subject and every grade level for 10 years. I live with my miniature dachshund Lady. I spend my time cooking, reading and working out. I love tacos! I look forward to building wonderful relationships tutoring my new students.

Hello! I have a Bachelor's degree from Wright State University and then received my Secondary Mathematics Teaching Certificate from University of Texas. I am currently getting my Master's in Education: Teaching and Curriculum from Pennsylvania State University. Through 25 years experience tutoring 1:1 both virtually and in person I have been able to support students with various skills and challenges. I can tutor any subject k-8, MS and HS math, SAT and elementary reading.
