I’m an experienced and flexible teacher who strives to meet students where they are to bridge the gap in their learning. I believe all students can learn with the right approach and technique! My diverse experience with students in GT, Special Ed, and ESL have given me the tools to create interesting and engaging lessons to reach struggling students in a positive manner.
Teacher Specialization
I have 31 years of experience in public education. All of my experience has been at the middle school level, mostly 6th grade, but 7th and 8th as well. I have been a GT and Stem teacher, Sped, and ESL. I was the English Department head for 2 years and named Teacher of the Year in 2017.
