Hello! My name is Mr. Wang. As a young child growing up in Central Illinois, I had many teachers who made a difference in my life, and now I have the privilege to do the same for my students. I would be honored to have the privilege to make a difference in your life too! I am a compassionate teacher that believes all students learn differently and all students can be successful. Through my extensive experience in differentiated instruction, I can provide the right support and motivation to you so learning new content is not so daunting. My goal is to help you overcome academic challenges, build tools to be ready for the future, and boost your confidence to be successful.
Teacher Specialization
In my ten years of teaching, I have taught in Illinois, South Korea, and Ohio. I have worked with various students of all ages, from Kindergarten to seniors in high school. Through my experience in working with English learners, not only have I helped my students develop their language skills but also the learning skills that they need to be successful in the mainstream classroom. With my extensive training in differentiated instruction, I believe my strength is identifying the students' academic needs and providing a tailored instruction that is both engaging and fun for my students. Whether it is reading, math or other subject areas, I will help you develop learning skills and strategies to not only be successful now but also for the future. I strive to do my best so you can also be your best!
