Bio
Hello! I'm Mrs. Falsey, and I have been a teacher for 14 years! I have been virtually teaching since 2019 and love the new possibilities and creativity it brings. I believe that every student is unique and learns in different ways. They should have the opportunity to access their fullest potential, grow intellectually and emotionally, and learn in the style that best fits them. I differentiate and adapt my lessons according to each individual student's needs. My goal is for students to feel safe and respected while giving them the tools they need to be successful. I have taught many years as a Middle School Reading RTI Specialist and the past several years as a virtual ESL Specialist. I really enjoy helping students who need a little extra support, get to the next level! Teaching is my passion, and I can't wait to meet and get to know you while embarking on this learning journey together!

I am a TESOL certified, engaging, collaborative, and resourceful Professional Educator with 14 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have taught as a Middle School Reading RTI Specialist, 5th/6th grade Reading/ELA Teacher, and as a PreK-12 Virtual ESL Specialist. I have also served as a 504 Coordinator to implement 504 Plans to students with disabilities. I have vast experience teaching diverse and special needs populations.
