Bio
Every student learns differently and I believe we need to meet them where they are. Differentiation is important so that we can modify according to a student's needs. Academics are important, but so are critical thinking and creativity. A goal I have for tutoring is to allow students to learn while also developing that creativity and critical thinking along the way. I build positive and meaningful relationships with students by getting to know them. Yes, I serve the role of tutor, but knowing the student helps me learn more about them and how I can best help them. I love to learn! If I could go back to college and get another degree, I would. I have taught in all levels of education, ranging from kindergarten to university.
