Bio
My teaching philosophy centers around two key principles: building positive relationships and creating a fun and engaging learning environment while adapting to students' individual learning styles. I prioritize building positive relationships with my students, fostering trust and mutual respect. By understanding their unique strengths, challenges, and interests, I tailor my teaching strategies to meet their specific needs. Additionally, I believe that learning should be enjoyable, so I incorporate elements of fun and excitement into the classroom through interactive lessons, collaborative projects, and a variety of engaging activities. Furthermore, I utilize technology as a tool to enhance learning experiences, integrating educational apps, multimedia presentations, and collaborative platforms. This approach promotes inclusivity and provides multiple pathways for students to understand and internalize the content.
Teacher Specialization
Throughout my elementary teaching experience, I have worked with diverse students, including Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) students, those with learning disabilities, and students who have faced severe emotional traumas. Additionally, I have dedicated over 12 years to coaching various extracurricular activities, fostering skill development and teamwork. My comprehensive background allows me to understand and cater to the diverse needs of students.
