Bio
My goal is for all of my students to be and feel successful. I create an environment where learning is exciting, expected, and fun. I love to move and use real life examples to help you learn. I meet you where you are at and help you grow from there! I have a passion for teaching reading and math. I was a struggling reader as a child and I want to make sure no one feels that frustration! I love to challenge students or help them see how math is all around us! Teaching you to apply knowledge creates a future for you and provides me with a true feeling of accomplishment. I am excited to help you reach your goals!!!

I have taught for the past ten years: two years in kindergarten, six years in first grade, and two years in third grade. I have also tutored students in small groups and one-on-one, ranging from second to seventh grade.
