Bio
My name is Brittany Sundo and my passion is helping young learners reach their fullest potential! It is my goal to help students bolster their reading and math skills and most importantly, gain CONFIDENCE! I foster a safe and nurturing learning environment by allowing my students to be themselves and feel encouraged to take risks and make mistakes---after all, that's how we learn and grow! I teach students to embody a growth mindset as they navigate through their educational journey.
Teacher Specialization
As a graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, I earned a Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education. I hold Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Virginia teaching licenses and I am certified to teach kindergarten through fifth grade. This is my twelfth year as a virtual teacher with K12, and my virtual experience has been in RTI, kindergarten, first grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade.
