Hello! I am excited to introduce myself to you! I am a passionate educator, and I build positive relationships with students by listening actively, celebrating their progress, and creating a space where they feel respected and valued. By fostering an inclusive environment that honors diverse learning styles and backgrounds, I help students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow with confidence. In addition, I am known for employing diverse teaching strategies and technology together with educational apps to enhance students' engagement and mathematical proficiency. I demonstrate self-direction, creativity, and proficiency in crafting challenging, enriching, and innovative math activities and lessons tailored to meet the diverse interests and learning needs of students; and committed to encouraging higher order thinking to increase student's performance. I am a licensed and dedicated Secondary Math Teacher with 13 years of experience in the United States and abroad. I have experience teaching a range of middle and high school math subjects, including Math 6, 7, and 8, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry both regular and honors classes. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in mathematics education together with Doctorate degree in leadership and management. With my experiences, my approach emphasizes on clarity, real-world application, and building strong foundational skills across grade levels. This background has equipped me to support diverse learners and adapt instruction to meet varying academic needs.
