Bio
I believe students learn best through engaging, hands-on experiences that cater to their individual needs and learning styles. My goal as a tutor is to support students academically and personally by strengthening their critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. I provide meaningful feedback by fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to reflect on their progress. Building positive relationships is a priority, and I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel valued and motivated. I am committed to helping students reach their full potential while making learning fun and meaningful. With a passion for education, I enjoy incorporating creative teaching methods that inspire curiosity and a love for learning. My experience in both traditional and online education allows me to adapt to diverse student needs and provide effective support.
Teacher Specialization
I am an educator with 20 years of experience teaching Pre-K through 6th grade and have spent the past 12 years at K12 as an online teacher and administrator. My Bachelor's Degree is in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. I also have my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and have been in a leadership role since 2018.
