Throughout my career, my students have consistently demonstrated strong academic growth and achieved high performance on the Texas STAAR assessments. I specialize in helping students build confidence, close learning gaps, and strengthen core academic skills. My tutoring approach is calm, patient, and goal-oriented. I believe in meeting students where they are and providing clear, structured instruction tailored to each learner’s needs. Through consistent support and positive encouragement, I help students develop strong foundational skills and a growth mindset. As a tutor, I am committed to delivering high-quality, individualized instruction that supports classroom learning and drives measurable academic progress.

I am a current educator with 23 years of experience teaching fourth grade and a Master’s degree in Science. I am certified to teach 1st through 8th grades. I specialize in building strong foundations in reading, writing, math, supporting diverse learners, and delivering engaging lessons both in the classroom and online, including virtual instruction during Covid.
