Bio
Hello! My name is Ms. Cynthia Franco, and I bring 14 years of teaching experience along with a deep passion for helping every student reach their full potential. Before entering education, I worked as a social worker and case manager, including time with Child Protective Services and supporting adolescents with mental health and cognitive disabilities. This background shaped my caring, student-centered approach. My teaching philosophy is simple: it takes a village, and all students can learn. By identifying learning styles and making the right accommodations, I create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student can thrive.
Teacher Specialization
As a certified educator in Texas and New Mexico (Generalist Elementary and Special Education PK–12), I have extensive experience working with students who have ADD/ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, English Learners, gifted/advanced learners, and students with varying disabilities. I also specialize in providing tiered support and differentiation to meet each student’s unique needs.
