Bio

Students learn best using math games and visual aids. I like to do daily check-ins to make sure students are understanding. I like to engage, have fun, and interact. I want students to develop strong math skills. I like to make sure students are interacting with each other as well as with me. I love to teach math. I like gardening and science as well. I speak Spanish fluently. I decided to become a tutor because I want students to learn and grow.

Teacher Specialization

I have experience working with bilingual (English/Spanish) students especially in math. I have a lot of experience teaching math and explaining it to other teachers and students. I was a math coach for ten years for my district, I helped other teachers improve their math scores and enjoy teaching math to their students.
