Bio
This year marks my 14th year teaching Spanish, with 8 years in the classroom and 6 in a virtual setting. I love making Spanish engaging, relatable, and enjoyable so students feel confident and motivated to learn. My teaching style focuses on meeting students where they are, building strong language skills, and fostering a lifelong love of learning. I believe every student can succeed with the right support, and I strive to create lessons that not only strengthen Spanish foundations but also inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world connections.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Arts and Sciences with a minor in Education and have 12 years of experience teaching Spanish. I’ve taught in both classroom (8 years) and virtual (4 years) settings, working with students at all levels—from beginners to advanced. My experience includes Spanish 1A, 1B, 1, 2, 3, Pre-AP Spanish 3, AP Spanish Language & Culture, and AP Spanish Literature & Culture. I enjoy helping students gain confidence, build strong foundations, and achieve success whether they are starting their language journey or preparing for advanced AP courses.
