Bio
Hello! My name is Danielle Andrews. I am an educator and administrator, with degrees in Government and Educational Administration & Leadership. I have worked with students in elementary, middle and high school. I have worked with all levels of students, including students with neurodivergency. I have four children of my own, so I understand how important time efficiency can be in our fast paced world! All students have the ability to learn, and I love figuring out how to best to do just that!
Teacher Specialization
I currently hold certifications in Elementary Education and K-12 Social Sciences, along with all levels of Principalship. I began my education career in middle school social studies in 2009, before moving down to upper elementary school. While taking off several years from full time employment to spend time at home with my own children, I stayed in the education space by being a College Admissions reader for 3 years, an assessment scorer for ETS for a year, and anything else I could get my hands on while balancing life as a mom of 4. When I was ready to come back full time, I was fortunate to to teach and, eventually, lead a virtual academy in Michigan! Now, I am a 4th grade teacher at K12 :) I look forward to using my experience (6 years of direct teaching experience, with several other years of jobs in an alternate education space) along with my knowledge from elementary to high school to better prepare your student for a successful school experience!
