Bio
Hello! I'm Miss Denise and I'm looking forward to working with you! I have covered a wide span of teaching experiences over 30 years, and I feel exuberant when I have the opportunity to impart wisdom, love of learning, subject matter, testing skills, as well as life skills, to our youth. I am especially excited to ignite a fire for what our young people are made to be. I am a believer that life and the world around us teach to those who are willing to watch, listen and learn. I thoroughly enjoy pointing the way to those lessons that unwrap our natural gifts and talents that make its contribution to this life and the world around us. Therefore, alongside my love of reading and writing, you can find me involved in all kinds of outdoor activities, volunteering, playing games, sports and music with my family!
Teacher Specialization
I have gained volumes of experience with online teaching, programs, and skills that have given me the confidence to engage students. I would relish the opportunity to coach, guide and learn new things together. My expertise spans from Special Education, Honors classes and English as a Second Language. I have taught and tutored all ages from elementary to college students and throughout a variety of subjects from Math/Science to History/Music, SAT/ACT Prep to College Essays. However, I have a special love for all things Language Arts. I also especially enjoy coaching students in learning styles towards an understanding of how to study and manage their student responsibilities. I would relish the opportunity to expand my skills as I coach, guide, teach and learn together with you.
