Hello Students! My name is Ellen Deiermann. I love Social Studies and love teaching about the History of our world. My favorite subject is Geography. I love to travel around the United States and have been to 47 states so far. I grew up speaking Greek/English and lived in Athens, Greece when I was small. I became a Tutor because I love helping students reach their learning goals. In addition to Social Studies I have experience teaching all Elementary subjects and grades.

I have been an Online Middle and High School Social Studies Teacher for the last 14 years. Before that I was a Kindergarten and Remedial Reading Teacher. As a Social Studies teacher I have taught a variety of subjects. Some of these subjects include World History, US History, US Government, Geography, Civics, Psychology and Sociology.
