Bio
My name is Gayle Law. I have 2 grown children, 4 grandchildren and 2 dogs. I enjoy time with family and friends, traveling, watching sports, especially football, ice hockey, and gymnastics. In addition, reading, gardening, sewing and watching a good movie are favorite pastimes. It is my belief that all students can learn and students learning styles all vary. Instruction should be focused on their individual needs and strategies developed based on these individual needs. Modifications should also be developed for lessons to ensure a complete understanding of the material. I will be prepared and provide a positive atmosphere for the students. My desire is to have all students successful and have fun learning. I feel it is important to be a good listener and encourage students to take risks and try.
Teacher Specialization
I retired from teaching after 30 incredible years in the classroom at the elementary level. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I was designated as Highly Qualified Level 3 teacher, which was the highest level in my state.
