Hi! My name is Giulia Barone and I am a Stride tutor & 4th Grade Classroom Teacher! As a classroom teacher, I strive to set my students up for success in both whole class and small group instruction. Through an encouraging and positive learning environment, my focus is on student-centered learning. Higher-order questioning is essential for building student independence and working towards success. I believe all students can achieve their highest potential through focus, determination and a positive attitude!
Teacher Specialization
As a teacher for over 4 years, I strive in encouraging each student to reach their highest potential. I have a degree in Childhood Education & Sociology, with a minor in Italian. Having had experience as an educator both virtually and in-person, my educational philosophy of a student-centered learning environment allows students to achieve their potential by providing support, feedback and guidance to achieve success. I have education experience in grades 1-4 and specialize in all subject areas.
