My teaching philosophy is creating a positive, supportive and actively engaging learning environment where students feel belongings and thrive to reach their fullest potential in mathematics and in personal life. I incorporate scaffolding and individually tailored instruction to accommodate each student's needs. I believe using positive enforcement of understanding, providing prompt for critical thinking and multiple opportunity to demonstrate the mastery skills on the content and using constructive feedback immediately by acknowledging your understanding in a timely manner will motivate you to stay actively engaged in learning. I will practice growth mindset and inspire you to grow and improve through putting full effort, practice and perseverance. I am an active listener with empathy and patients while listening your concerns and questions to meet your needs. I am an experienced enthusiastic Mathematics tutor with 10 years of teaching diverse math courses to students. I have a Bachelor's, and master’s degree. These academic achievements have equipped me with a deep understanding of the math and a strong foundation in mathematical pedagogy. Math teaching has become my lifestyle not only a career. I am incredibly passionate about learning and teaching math. My intrinsic love for teaching that drives me to teach and share this passion with my students.
