Bio

I am an experienced dedicated elementary teacher with 27 years of teaching experience, holding a Bachelor's degree in Elemntary Education and two Master's degrees, along with certifications in the Science of Reading and English as a Second Language. I am passionate about motivating students and believe every child has the opportunity to thrive through personalized inclusive instruction. I believe that all students are capable of learning and growing. Learning takes time and children develop at different paces. As an elementary tutor, my goal is to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning while supporting each student's academic growth and confidence. I am committed to helping students reach their full potential through engaging, personalized instruction and a dedication to excellence. As a tutor, I strive to show my students care, respect, and understanding for each child. I am committed to help students learn and grow.

I am an experienced certified elementary teacher for Kindergarten through sixth grade for 27 years. I have a Bachelor and two Master's degrees with additional certifications in the Science of Reading and English as a Second Language (ESL). I am also very knowledgeable in teaching math across Kindergarten through eighth grade. I love helping students build confidence and problem-solving skills in this subject.
