Bio
Hello! I am so excited you are here and we get to work together! My teaching is student focused. I always strive to find out the best way a student learns in order to help them grow. I am kind, a good listener, I meet the students where they are and I believe in hands on learning. Beyond the classroom, I love to bake desserts, walk my adorable Mini Bernedoodle, Jax, hang out with friends and family, and travel the world. My favorite part of traveling is being an audience member for my husband’s opera performances!
Teacher Specialization
I have been in elementary education for over seven years. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Concentration from University of the Pacific and my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus in Educational Policy from Texas Tech University. I am credentialed in both California and Texas and recently completed the Texas Reading Academy focusing on the Science of Teaching Reading.
