With over a decade of teaching experience, I am passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where students thrive. Since earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Language and Literacy from Texas Tech University, I have dedicated my career to fostering a love of learning and empowering students to reach their full potential. Currently pursuing a second Master of Education in Online Learning, I strive to combine traditional and innovative teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of my students. As a certified Texas educator specializing in Early Childhood-6th Grade and English as a Second Language, I am committed to individualized instruction that nurtures both academic achievement and self-worth. My experience includes leading early childhood classrooms, managing virtual learning platforms, and guiding young learners through hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities.

Teacher Specialization

I have been teaching for 12 years, primarily in Texas, and 3 of those years were spent teaching virtually. I have experience teaching and tutoring learners from Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd Grade in various subjects including English Language Arts. My degrees in Psychology and Education have helped me develop a deep understanding of how children learn and how to make learning engaging and fun. I am certified in ESL as well.
