Hi everyone! I am Miss Kate. I am passionate about teaching and building the foundation for life long learning. During tutoring sessions, I believe in engaging and interacting with the material as much as possible. I love to give students the opportunity to engage and problem solve while scaffolding and supporting as needed. I am very patient, kind, and supportive. I look forward to teaching your child and helping them gain confidence in their learning!

I have 15+ years of teaching experience with students ages 2-14 years old. I am passionate about teaching and building the foundation for life long learning. I have taught in both my local school districts as well as online in 1:1 tutoring and small group intervention sessions. I am certified to teach K-8 Elementary, K-12 Special Education and Early Childhood Education. In addition, I have a certificate in Child Psychology from Penn Foster, a certificate in Autism Studies from Arizona State Univ
