I provide targeted feedback that celebrates strengths and identifies growth areas, while tailoring lessons to align with standards, individual goals, and unique learning styles. As a tutor, my mission is to transform learning into an engaging adventure where curiosity thrives and knowledge sticks. I infuse enthusiasm and creativity base on student interest into every session. Beyond teaching, I enjoy nature hikes, yoga, and ziplining. I’m passionate about travel and fascinated by AI and machine learning. As a lifelong chocolate lover, I also have a soft spot for Halloween! Teacher Specialization
With dual Master of Science degrees in Urban Education and School Building Leadership, I bring over 19 years of experience in education, including 13 years focused on instruction, intervention, and tutoring. As a certified Reading Specialist, I have guided students and educators in mastering the Science of Reading. I hold certifications in Childhood Education, Students with Disabilities (K-12), and Bilingual Education (Spanish). Currently, I specialize in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), partnering with schools, students, and families to deliver targeted, data-driven instruction that fosters academic growth and long-term success.
