Bio
I believe each student should be met at his or her level and taught by using strategies that align with his or her learning style. My goals are to build confidence as well as academic growth. I strongly believe in relationship building with both the student and their family. I believe open communication and trust is very important in education. In addition to teaching, I love soccer! I played for 18 years and also coached for awhile. I am excited to help students achieve their academic goals and make a meaningful difference in the world of education.

I taught Kindergarten and First Grade for 8 years. I have also tutored students in reading and Phonics. I am Orton Gillingham certified.
