Hi, I’m Mrs. Winslow, a certified teacher who helps students grow with confidence and purpose. With over five years of experience teaching grades K–9 in a virtual settings, I tailor each lesson to fit the student’s age, interests, and learning style. I believe the best learning happens when students feel seen, supported, and genuinely engaged, so I use their strengths and passions as the foundation for instruction. Whether your child needs help mastering early reading skills, building strong math strategies, staying motivated in middle school, or preparing for high school success, I bring a warm, flexible approach that meets them where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over 5 years of experience teaching K–9 students in virtual classrooms, I specialize in creating personalized learning plans that meet each child where they are academically, emotionally, and developmentally. I have extensive experience working with both homeschool families and school districts, supporting students across all core subjects through engaging, strength-based strategies that deepen understanding, build confidence, and make learning meaningful. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and specialize in mathematics for grades 6–9 and early literacy for kindergarten through 3rd grade. My teaching approach integrates social-emotional learning to help students develop resilience, motivation, and a strong sense of self alongside academic growth. I prioritize open, consistent communication with parents to set goals, celebrate progress, and ensure we’re working as a team to support each child’s learning journey.
