Hello, my name is Mrs. McCreight. I believe that all children are special, and learn in a variety of ways. That is why I am committed to being what every child needs, an adult who genuinely takes an interest in their educational growth. I believe I can help children to love learning in their own way. I am committed to teaching all children to love themselves, create their own ideas, and pursue learning independently.
Teacher Specialization
I have been teaching for 10 years in early elementary classrooms with certifications in Special Education, Early Elementary-6th grade general studies, English as a Second Language, and Science of Teaching Reading. I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum Instruction with an emphasis on best practices in education, leadership, and special education. AND I have been loving every moment tutoring with Stride this past year!
