Bio
Hi, my name is Laci, and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I’ve been teaching for four wonderful years, focusing on Middle School and High School Sciences like Biology, Chemistry, and even Earth & Space Science. I’ve spent my teaching days in the beautiful state of Tennessee, and I can’t wait to bring that love for science and exploration into our sessions together. What do I love most about online learning? It’s all about making personal connections! I believe that when we share laughs and stories, learning becomes a fun adventure. I’ll always check in to ensure you’re engaged and excited, and I'll do my best to relate our lessons to your interests. Knowing what makes you tick helps us turn each session into an unforgettable experience! When I’m not teaching, you can find me enjoying time with my family, cheering on my children's sporting events, or getting lost in a good book or movie.

My background includes teaching 6th–8th grade science as well as high school Biology, Physics, Earth & Space Science, Ecology, Conservation Science, Anatomy, Physical Science, and Chemistry. I also have experience in virtual learning environments, giving me the ability to connect with students in both traditional and online settings. I believe students learn best through engaging, interactive lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. My teaching style emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity while also supporting mastery of academic content. I provide personalized feedback and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs so that every student feels valued and supported. I hold a Master’s in STEM Education, and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Teaching and Learning. As a lifelong learner and a mom of four, I am passionate about helping students succeed and inspiring future generations to love learning.
