Bio
My name is Lenoir Anderson. My educational philosophy is that all students, regardless of ability, deserve equitable access to education and opportunities for growth, and being fully committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each student. My tutoring goal is to help students build foundational skills in core subjects like math, reading, and writing continue fostering mastery of challenging concepts, and improve overall academic performance. I will also build relationships with students to show genuine interest in the student's interests, hobbies, and goals and be available to listen to student's concerns and provide guidance when needed.
Teacher Specialization
I have 22 years of teaching in grades K-12 in all core subjects. I attended North Florida and received my BA in Special Education. I also have my Master in Special Education with a focus on ABA (applied behavior analysis).
