Bio
Hi there! I’m so excited to be a part of your learning journey! I believe that learning should be fun, enjoyable, and meaningful—and that starts with building a positive relationship. I love getting to know each student as a person because I truly believe kids learn best when they feel seen, supported, and connected to their educator. You matter—not just as a student, but as a unique individual with your own strengths and style of learning! Outside of tutoring, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my husband and our son, and going on fun adventures as a family. I’m also a huge sports fan—go Lakers and Dodgers! I’m especially passionate about women’s sports like softball, volleyball, gymnastics, and the WNBA. I can’t wait to get to know you, cheer you on, and help you grow in any area you need. Let’s make learning something to look forward to!
Teacher Specialization
I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education and am certified to teach grades 5–12. I spent four years teaching Special Education at the high school level (grades 9–12), where I worked closely with students to support both their academic and personal growth. Currently, I help students with learning disabilities by ensuring they receive the accommodations and support they need to succeed. I’ve also been an online tutor for the past two years, working with K–12 students across all subjects.
