Greetings! I am Mr. Borhanian, an enthusiastic and dedicated educator committed to fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment. I was born and raised in beautiful Western Massachusetts. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive and engaging classroom where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. I have taught both at home in America and abroad in China, where I lived for almost eight years. I am an avid outdoorsmen and my hobbies are hiking, camping, and scuba diving. I chose to work with Stride because Stride provides me a platform to achieve my goals while supporting students in achieving theirs.
Teacher Specialization
With over a decade of experience, I bring a wealth of expertise as an educator. I have successfully taught in the United States as a certified teacher and internationally as a language instructor. Throughout my career, I have worked with students spanning various age groups, with a focus on elementary and middle school-aged children (5-15 years old). My educational background includes a Masters of Education and a Bachelors of Geoscience, complemented by a Trinity Cert TESOL qualification.
