Bio
My name is Melissa Williams. I love to help students learn. I am also easy to get along with and will help in anyway that I can to help students. I also believe that students can ask any questions regarding the lesson/instructions. My goals are to help students understand word usuage, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and writing. I believe it is very important to creat a learning environment where the students feel comfortable, safe, and can be themselves. I believe in making learning fun so that students will want to continue to learn.
Teacher Specialization
I taught High School English for half of a year at Reeves High School in Reeves, LA and for a year at Ebarb High School in Noble, LA. I have also been a substitute teacher when I have not taught. I have a BA in History with a minor in English. I am highly qualified to teach English. I also have a MA in History with a focus in United States History. I also have 30 hours towards a MA in Education.
