Dedicated NYC Teacher | Building Confidence & Foundational Skills I am a passionate NYC public school teacher and a lifelong Brooklyn resident dedicated to empowering students from all backgrounds. My tutoring philosophy centers on creating genuine self-motivated learning and fostering a strong sense of agency in every student. My tutoring approach is built on two core principles: scaffolding and multiple intelligences. I meet students precisely where they are, breaking down complex topics into manageable steps, and utilizing visual, artistic, and social-emotional techniques to match their unique learning preferences. My goal is to shift the mindset from "I can't" to "I can," helping students see mistakes as valuable learning opportunities.
