Bio
Hello! I’m Ms. Michelle Orecchio-Valenca, an educator with over 24 years of experience teaching Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies to students in grades 1–12 across Florida, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. I hold a B.S. in Marine Biology, a M.A. in Education, and a Florida Middle/High School Science Certification. I’ve been honored as Teacher of the Year and mentor fellow teachers to reach their full potential. I believe learning should be exciting and meaningful—just like a day at Disney! I bring creativity, curiosity, and real-world connections into every session so students feel confident and inspired. Whether mastering math, exploring science, or improving reading skills, I make learning personalized, joyful, and full of discovery.

I am an educator with over 24 years of experience teaching Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies to students in grades 1–12 across Florida, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Using the “I Do, We Do, You Do” model, I guide students step-by-step toward independence and confidence. My sessions are creative, multisensory, and differentiated to meet diverse learning needs. I build strong relationships through encouragement, curiosity, and authentic connection, helping every student discover the joy of learning.
