Hi there! I am Morgan Velez. I am patient, kind, and enjoy seeing that "lightbulb" go off! In fact, my favorite aspect of teaching is when I get to help students one on one or in small groups. I love to focus all my attention on my student(s) and the problem(s) at hand, and working as a tutor here at Stride gives me the opportunity to do so. I am looking forward to assisting you with overcoming the bumps in your learning journey and watching you enjoy your success after!
Teacher Specialization
I have worked with kids in many capacities over the course of many years. I spent two years teaching 7th Grade Writing and really enjoyed it. I have worked in many Sunday schools, early education environments, and student taught in 6th grade Social Studies and Language Arts. I have also worked with many students who have disabilities.
