I am excited to go on a learning journey with you using kinesthetics, engaging activities, and visuals. My goal is find the specific needs of each student to close the learning gaps. As a second language learner, I enjoy helping others master the English language in a fun and interactive way. Keeping an open communication with family members is vital for student success. Teacher Specialization
I am an Orton Gillingham Reading Specialist with a masters in Educational Administration from Arizona State University and a masters in Bilingual Education from Northern Arizona University. I taught kindergarten through sixth grade for twenty years, Assistant Principal for 10 year and two years of online tutoring for individual and small group instruction for kindergarten through 12th grade students.
